  • Jamai Raj specializes in men’s ethnic and occasion wear, including sherwanis, kurtas, Indo-Western outfits, blazers, suits, jackets, and accessories.

3. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices listed on the Website are in Indian Rupees (INR).

  • Prices are subject to change at the discretion of Jamai Raj without prior notice.

  • Payments must be made through the secure payment gateways provided on the Website. Jamai Raj does not store or retain your payment details.

4. Orders & Shipping

  • Orders are confirmed only after full payment has been successfully received.

  • Estimated delivery timelines are provided at checkout and are indicative. Actual delivery may vary due to logistical or external factors.

  • Shipping within India is free unless stated otherwise.

  • For international orders, shipping charges will be calculated at checkout. Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import charges shall be borne by the customer.

5. Returns & Exchanges

  • Return requests must be initiated within 5 days of delivery, subject to our Return & Cancellation Policy.

  • A flat return/restocking fee of INR 199 will be applicable for orders within India.

  • Customized, made-to-order, or altered products are not eligible for return or exchange.

6. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement.

  • Once an order has been shipped, cancellations will not be accepted.

  • Customized or made-to-order items cannot be cancelled once the order is confirmed.
